Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Please dispose of any remaining compounds appropriately.

We have a “No Questions Asked” refund policy.

If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with our product, please reach out to receive a refund.

Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.

Refunds

Any refund will be processed in a timely manner, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (up to 15 business day according to our payment processor.)

Late or missing refunds

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges and Replacements

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@optima-supply.net to arrange for a replacement.
